We loved the hotel's location right in the city close to everything. It was in a lively area like China Town, with plenty of shops, theaters, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and spacious for a studio. We also appreciated the daily room service and the fact that the hotel had all the necessary facilities.
Can't fault anything about it.

Great central location in the heart of the city, close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing good room service.
The room was a bit cramped and had a weird smell. The couch was uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax.

I loved the perfect location of the hotel, right in the middle of China town. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet square, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. It is also within walking distance of all the attractions, including Her Majesty's Theater. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like a kitchenette and washing machine.
I did experience some disruption during my stay, with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel entering my room unexpectedly. It was quite disruptive and unprofessional.

Great location and convenient self-catering facilities. The dark and quiet bedroom with two doors closed ensured a peaceful sleep. The helpful and friendly staff added to the pleasant stay. the washing machine and dryer, along with laundry detergent packets, were a useful amenity.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of Chinatown. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed - a kitchenette, sitting area, and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in my room and the restaurant and bar areas were great too.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in this city.
